No, you do not need an appointment for a camera cleaning or to drop off your repair.
ACE Camera service requires full payment before any repair work will begin. We accept all credit cards, cash, and checks.
We will only accept PO’s from Government Businesses and Schools. Payments are generally collected over the phone once the estimate is approved.
We can take care of your Nikon manufacturers warranty in house!
Just bring a copy of the original sales receipt with you and we will take care of the rest.
We specialize in repairs done right, so we do not have a lot of time for sales.
There are a few used lenses and film bodies in our lobby available if you would ever like to come by and check them out.
In order to maintain our authorization with the manufacturer, we are unable to sell any parts to consumers.
Returns are sent via UPS with full replacement value insurance. We recycle your packaging materials in order to keep the cost to a minimum.
In the unlikely event your repair isn’t’t done right the first time, We offers a 3 month warranty on parts and labor.
Our normal turn around time for repairs is 7 – 10 days.
We offer a no charge rush service and strive to have all repairs done as quickly as possible.
All repairs are done in house and most parts are kept in stock. There are occasions were times may be acceded due to parts having to be ordered.
We fix 99% of all equipment in house. If there is something that must go to the factory you will be informed before it is sent, and we can handle the factory repair on your behalf.
